Our office is conveniently located in the Millburn Shopping Center on Morris Turnpike in Short Hills, NJ. We are above the shops including Panera, YB Fitness, Massage Envy, Supercuts, etc. The entrance to the offices at 748 is a glass door located between Gym Source and Walter Bauman Jewelers.  Walk up to the second floor, take the hall to the right and Evolve Wellness is Suite 210.  Our entrance is handicap accessible with elevator access to the second floor.

From Route 78/ 24 West:

Take Route 78 to Exit 48 (Route 24 West). Follow Route 24 West to exit “Millburn, Springfield, Summit.” Stay left, go through light and make left into the parking lot by CanDo Gym, Panera’s and Walter Bauman’s Jewelers.

From Route 78/ 24 East:

Take Route 78 East Local- stay left to Route 24 West exit-“Millburn, Springfield, Summit.” Stay left, go through light and make left into the parking lot by CanDo Gym, Panera’s and Walter Bauman’s Jewelers.

From Garden State Parkway- South:

Take Exit 142 to Route 78 West, then follow directions for Route 78 West. North-you must first get onto Route 78 East and follow signs for Route 78/24 West. Then follow above directions for Route 78 West.

From JFK Parkway:

Short Hills Mall is on the left. Stay right and follow signs for 24 East-Newark. Take Route 24 approx. 2-3 mins.- get off Exit 9B- “Millburn.” Cross back over 24- stay to the left. At light, get into left lane- follow sign, “124-Summit, Chatham, Morristown. Make left at light and get into right lane. Make right into the parking lot by CanDo Gym, Panera’s and Walter Bauman Jewelers.
