Nancy Adam

Health Coach Concierge

My name is Nancy Adam. I am a daughter, friend, wife, stepmom and most importantly, I recently became a Grandma. I love to laugh and humor just happens to be my number 1 character strength. I enjoy spending time in nature and to be with those I love.. I also love what I get to do daily… I have been a licensed massage therapist for 23 years and health coach since 2015. It is my passion to support my clients in achieving their optimum wellness. In 2008, my husband had a heart attack at 48 and we began a journey into functional medicine. I decided to make my knowledge official and I attended the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition. After completing that course, I took their Advanced Hormone Health and Advanced Gut Health courses. I received my functional medicine health coaching certification from The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. I am currently attending the School of Applied Functional Medicine… my clients health and wellness goals are my passion and together we will bridge the gap between intention and behavior. I refer to myself as a Health Coach Concierge as each client is bio-individually different and there are many modalities and coaching tools to choose from to get to the desired result. Supporting you in this journey gives me joy and I love watching the transformation into the butterfly.
